Fried Chicken w/ Hot Honey 🍯
Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Before I jump in the recipe, Melinda’s Foods offer two great Hot Honey’s on top of their Sriracha and you can find the store locater in my b!0 🍯

Ingredients for Hot Honey:
1 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Sriracha

How to:
1. Whisk Honey for 15-20 minutes until whipped and light in color
2. Add Melinda’s Sriracha and Whisk for 3 more minutes
3. Add to a sealed container and store in a dry cool place

Ingredients for Fried Chicken:
4 Chicken Breast
1 Cup Buttermilk
3 Tbsp Cajon Seasoning
2 Cups Flour
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cajon Seasoning
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
2 cups corn flakes
3 eggs

How to:
1. Pat Down the Chicken: Start by patting the chicken dry for even cooking.
2. Marinate: Place chicken in a bowl with Buttermilk and Cajon Seasoning and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
3. Prepare the Dredge: In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, cajon seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
4. Egg Wash: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
5. Cornflake Coating: Place corn flakes in a third bowl.
6. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg, then in the corn flakes.
7. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Buldak Ramen 🍜 🥢
Recipe ⤵️⤵️

Recipe Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Steak of Choice
2 Packs Buldak Carbonara
4 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp Chili Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 Ramen Eggs *See recipe Below

How to:
1. Boil the Buldak noodles and save 1/2 a cup of the water
2. In a Bowl add the Buldak Sauce Packet, Buldak Powder Packet, Mayo, Minced Garlic, and Egg Yolks and give that a good stir
3. Add in the 1/2 cup of noodle water into the bowl and stir
4. Add in your Ramen then top with Chili Oil, Wagyu, Boiled Ramen Eggs, and Green Onion

For the Steak:
1. A good steak like this only needs salt and pepper to season
2. Cook on Medium/High heat pan and sear on each side flipping every minute until you reach an internal temperature of 120 degrees for Medium Rare
3. Let rest for 5-10 minutes and it will climb in temperature to 125-128 degrees
4. Slice and serve

For the Ramen Marinated Yolky Eggs:

Ingredients:
3/4 Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 oz Water

How to:
1. Boil your eggs for exactly 6 1/2 minutes setting a timer
2. Then plunge in an ice bath to stop the cooking process
3. In a bowl add Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Sriracha, Rice Vinegar, and water and stir
4. In a jar add in your eggs and pour over your marinade
5. Marinate for 2 hours minimum or best overnight
6. Enjoy!

Shrimp Stuffed Hush Puppies 🍤🐶

Before I get into the recipe there is a l!nk in my b!0 where you can find sauces near you! This appetizer will be the star at any party and super easy to make! 👊🏼

Recipe makes 8 🍤🐶
Ingredients:
8 Large Shrimp
2 Tbsp Old Bay
1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup Corn Meal
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Red BellPepper
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Sriracha
Salt
Pepper
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/3 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1/2 Lemon

For the Shrimp Stuffed Hush Puppies:
1. Clean and devein shrimp and season with Old Bay and set to the side
2. In a Bowl add Flour, Corn Meal, Baking Powder, Salt, Pepper, Green Onions, Bell Pepper, Egg, Paprika, Sriracha, and mix ingredients until well combined
3. Wrap the Mixture around your seasoned shrimp making a ball about a little smaller then a golf ball
4. (Important) Set fry oil to 325 degrees if you have it higher in heat you will have it golden brown but the shrimp will not be cooked. Having it set to 325 let me have a golden brown hush puppy making sure the shrimp was cooked. Done if the center is 145 degrees

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1. In a bowl add Mayo, Melinda’s Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Melinda’s Sriracha, Mayo, Lemon Juice, and mix until well combined. That’s it! So GOOD!

Bang Bang Coconut Shrimp 💥💥🍤
Recipe BELOW ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Ingredients:
16 oz. Shrimp
2 ounces of Old Bay Seasoning
1 stock Green Onions
1 egg
1/2 cup Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Panko
1 cup shredded Coconut
1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Lime
2 cups Canola Oil

For the Shrimp:
Season with Old Bay Seasoning
Then make the batter
Add egg, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, water, and mix it all together.
Add Shrimp in the batter
Next the Coconut mixture which is Panko and Coconut Shavings
Then add Shrimp in the mixture
Next place the Shrimp in the freezer for 15 minutes (this will make sure you don’t over cook the shrimp when frying)
Then add Canola Oil to a pan to shallow fry at 350 degrees
Shrimp will take 5-8 minutes until golden brown

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
Add Mayo, Sweet Chili Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, and Lime Juice in a bowl and mix!

For the Garnish:
Add minced green onions

Crab Rangoon Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls

If your thinking about an appetizer for the BIG GAME these can be prepped before your guest arrive and just fry at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes and serve!

Recipe makes 16:
Ingredients:
16 Jalapeños
1 Pack Thin Cut Bacon
1 Pack Spring Roll or Eggroll Wrapper
1/2 Pound Imitation Crab
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella
2 Tbsp BBQ Rub
1/2 Gallon Canola Oil for Frying

Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Orange Marmalade
2 Tbsp Sriracha
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
1 Lemon
1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion

How to:
1. In a bowl add chopped crab, cream cheese, green onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, mozzarella, and mix.
2. Hollow out Jalapeño and add the Rangoon filling
3. Wrap with bacon and top with BBQ rub
4. In the Weber Searwood at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bacon is done
5. Then cool and wrap with Spring Roll or Eggroll wrapper and seal the edge with water
6. Fry at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!

For the sauce:
1. In a bowl add orange marmalade, sriracha, soy sauce, water, lemon juice, green onions and mix.
2. Add more water if you want the sauce more thin.

Ahi Poke Tempura Onion Rings 🤯

One of my followers sent me a message and never talked to her before and she drops this idea and I had to bring it to Life for Her! 🙏🏼

Makes 10 Large Rings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1lb Ahi Tuna
1/2 Bunch Green Onions
1 Large Avocado
4 Tbsp Mayo
1 oz FYR RED
1 oz Sesame Oil
1 oz Soy Sauce
5 Large White Onions
12 oz Tempura Batter
1 1/2 Cups Cold Water
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 1/2 Cups Fry Oil
1 oz Unagi Sauce (Eel Sauce)
1 oz Spicy Mayo
1 Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

For the Rings:
1. Chop ahi tuna, green onions, and avocado and put in a mixing bowl
2. Add mayo, FYR Red, sesame oil, and soy sauce and combine all ingredients
3. Next cut onions about 1/2 inch thick and use the center of the onion for the largest rings to stuff
4. Use the largest ring and use 3 rings down so you can stuff the onion
5. Stuff the onion with the Ahi Poke mixture on a non stick sheet
6. Put the rings in the freezer for 15 minutes or overnight to make sure it is frozen (this will help not over cook the ahi and will be easier to work with)
7. Add tempura batter, cold water, and oil in a mixing bowl and mix well for 2 minutes
8. Dip your rings in the tempura batter and fry in 375 degree oil until golden brown on each side

For the Garnish:
1. Drizzle unagi sauce, spicy mayo and top with black sesame seeds and green onion

Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce is the ultimate game-day essential—perfect for wings, dips, and all things delicious. Stock up and get ready for a flavor-packed feast!

For the Buttery Buffalo Taquitos: (Makes 20)

1. Combine 1 pound cooked chicken, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend, 1/2 cup chives, 2 cups shredded Colby Jack, 2 cups shredded Cheddar, and 3/4 cup Kinder’s Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce.
2. Roll mixture in tortilla, brush on wing sauce, and in the smoker or oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
3. Top with Crema, Kinder’s Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce, and Cilantro

For the Buttery Buffalo Chicken Dip: (Makes 15 servings)

1. In a skillet add 2 (8oz) cream cheese, 2 cups chicken, 2 cups Colby Jack, 2 cups Cheddar, 3/4 cup ranch (using Kinder’s Ranch Dip), and 1 cup Kinder’s Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce

2. In the Smoker or Oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes stirring it every 10 minutes

3. Top with crumbled blue cheese and green onion

For the Buttery Buffalo Wings: (2 lbs of Party Wings)

1. Pat dry the wings with paper towels. Add your favorite BBQ rub, and 1/4 cup of corn starch (makes them crispy)

2. In the Smoker or Oven 350 degrees for 1 hour flipping them on the 30 min mark

3. Toss in the Kinder’s Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce

3. Top with your favorite BBQ rub
4. In the Smoker at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the bacon is cooked
5. Top with whatever you want. I topped mine with Ranch, Red Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.

Stuffed BBQ Meatball Sliders 🏈

These are the perfect GAMEDAY APPETIZER for your guest for the BIG GAME! 🏈

Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian Rolls
16 Meatballs
8 oz. BBQ sauce
Pickle Chips
8 oz. Provolone Cheese Slices
5 Tbsp Garlic Butter

How to:
1. Add premade Meatballs to a pan and add bbq sauce
2. In the Weber SearWood at 400 degrees and smoke until about 130 degrees in the center
3. Using a small knife, make a hole in the center of each Hawaiian roll (don’t go all the way through)
4. Then use a shot glass to make the cavity
5. Lather the Rolls with Garlic Butter
6. Add a Pickle chip and Provolone Cheese to the bottom of each roll
7. Then add in your cooked BBQ Meatballs
8. Top with more cheese and pickles
9. In the Weber Searwood at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until the rolls get golden brown and the cheese is melted
10. Top with BBQ sauce and watch them get devoured in seconds!

Texas Tw***ie Fried Wontons 🥟

Smoky, spicy, crispy, and insanely addictive! These wontons are packed with flavor and another creative way I use my leftover Brisket!

Ingredients:
1 lb Brisket
2 oz Japanese BBQ Sauce
2 oz Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Block Cream Cheese
3 Slices Bacon
1 Jalapeño
1 lb Shredded Mozzarella
1 Pack Wonton Wrappers
Fry Oil

How to:
1. In a bowl add chopped brisket, Melinda’s Japanese BBQ sauce, cream cheese, chopped bacon, chopped jalapeño, shredded mozzarella, and mix until well combined
2. Add mixture to Wonton Wrapper and seal all the edges with water
3. Fry at 350 degrees for 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
4. Top with Melinda’s Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and green onions

Crab Rangoon Ahi Shots

Ingredients:
1/2 Pound Ahi Tuna
1/2 Pound Imitation Crab
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Grated Mozzarella

1. In a bowl add chopped crab, cream cheese, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, shredded mozzarella and mix until well incorporated
2. Add mixture to the silicone shot glass molds and in the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen
3. Take out the Rangoon shots and dip in flour, egg wash, and panko
4. Fry at 325 degrees until golden brown
5. Add fresh Ahi to the center
6. Garnish with sesame seeds, jalapeños, and drizzle spicy mayo
