Grilled Sweetbread (Mollejas) ๐ฅ
Sweetbread also known as mollejas grilled on the Kamado Joe Jr to develop a crispy crust on the outside while keeping it juicy and tender on the inside. Every bite was rich and had so much flavor.
Seasoned with salt and grilled at medium-high heat over lump charcoals for about 30 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Halfway through the cook drizzle fresh lemon juice.
Once done, slice and sprinkle a little more salt and lemon juice. Enjoy
