They say the best pics aren’t selfies… they’re dishpics! 🌮 Today, I’m making quesabirria tacos using Knorr’s new Premium Beef Flavor Base, made from real oven-roasted beef. It gives the birria sauce that deep, rich flavor that makes every bite unforgettable.

Here’s what you’ll need for the sauce 👇
🧅 Small piece of onion
🧄 6 garlic cloves
🌿 5 whole black peppercorns
🌿 2 pieces of thyme
🌿 3 bay leaves
🌶 8 guajillo chiles
🌿 Oregano, 2 avocado leaves, and 6 cloves
💧 ¼ cup white vinegar
✨ a spoonful of Premium Beef Flavor Base (the star ingredient!)

Start by sautéing all your spices with a bit of oil until fragrant, this step wakes up all those flavors. Then, transfer everything to a blender with water, vinegar, and Knorr’s Premium Beef Flavor Base. Blend until smooth, pour over your diesmillo de res, and simmer low and slow until tender.

I grew up watching my grandma make arroz con leche every fall, that smell of cinnamon, milk, and sugar always felt like home. 🍂

This year I gave it a little twist… pumpkin quinoa con leche. And when my grandma tried it, she smiled and said,
“No es arroz, pero sabe igual de rico.” 🥹🤎

Creamy, cozy, and still full of tradition, just with a fall touch.

Recipe below 🤎

✨ Pumpkin Quinoa con Leche Recipe
• 1 cup quinoa (rinsed well)
• 2 cups water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 can (360 g / ~12 oz) evaporated milk
• ¾ of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (add more to taste)
• 1 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
• 1–1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook quinoa with water and cinnamon stick for 15 mins.
2️⃣ Add milks + pumpkin purée.
3️⃣ Stir in pumpkin pie spice
4️⃣ Simmer 10–12 mins until thick and creamy.
5️⃣ Sweeten more if needed. Serve warm or chilled.
