We’ve lost a legend but gained an ancestor. It’s with a heavy heart we share the news that trailblazer, activist, and community leader Jewel Thais-Wills has passed.

Not only did she play a pivotal role in community leadership during the 80’s, but she made an impact on the q***r community through ownership of Catch One and grass roots activism moving forward. We will NEVER forget the legacy Jewel left behind for our community. 💎
