If you know me, you know I poured a little extra heart into producing this one...

As someone who grew up dancing, I know firsthand that what audiences see on stage is only a small part of the story. Behind every performance are months of rehearsals, sacrifices, friendships, nerves, excitement, costume making, and countless hours spent perfecting every detail. Some of my favorite childhood memories were made in the dance studio, backstage hallways, and competition venues—which is why documenting this journey felt so personal.

Over the past couple months, I had the honor of following Rahiti Polynesian Dance as they prepared for Tahiti Fete Hawaii/San Jose -- one of the most celebrated Tahitian dance competitions in the world (and the largest in the U.S.)

The result is a mini-doc that goes beyond the performance and into the heart of the people, culture, and traditions that make it all possible.

NEW Still Eating Good EPISODE IS LIVE 🎥

This week we’re at Pogu inside Jagalchi Market in Daly City — a Korean restaurant that somehow feels elevated, welcoming, and easy to enjoy all at once. (Order the Gangwon Buckwheat Noodles! My fav dish there...)

Would appreciate if you guys watch (all the way through because it helps my engagement lol), leave a comment, and share the story if it resonates with you.

If you’re Filipino… you already know this place.

There’s just something about walking into Seafood City that instantly takes me back — weekends with family, grabbing all the essentials, being surrounded by flavors that feel like home.

So to now be partnering with them through Still Eating Good… it honestly means a lot. It feels aligned, and it feels full circle.

I still come here all the time for my go-to staples — and this week I’m picking up a few favorites (and if you know, you know 👀)

They’ve also got new deals dropping every Thursday, so it’s always a good time to stop by your local Seafood City.

For me… it always starts here.
