Today went exactly as I expected. Including way too fast!! ❤️

Reunited with one of my favorite friends that I’ve known for 26 years!! With all that I’ve gone through the past 16 years (especially the last 9) it has been really important for me to be around people that not only do I feel safe with, but also that my body can be at ease. And oh how my nervous system feels not only calm around her, but I caught myself feeling safe enough to share what I’ve been been through, going through AND had FUN!!! 📈

Melanie Neuhauser Brookman thank you for such a fun night! Had so much fun with you wnd Robin (I mean Raven)! Im so happy that you have such an amazing and loving relationship with your MIL (and FIL).

Sad it went so fast but I’ll take quality time over quantity anytime!!!

Hello September!!! 🍁🍂

So many things to look forward to and so many things to complete and say goodbye to.

Although there are so many unknowns in the future, those are truly the times that the most amazing things and opportunities have come to life.

Now to remember to continue to release control and allow those things to come to life FOR ME!

What do I do exactly? So many times the hardest thing as a small business owner or entrepreneur is to easily convey what it is that you do!

I too have that same issue myself. If you ask me, I say I help people. But exactly how is that I do that? Well that is where it gets tricky. Because I can do a lot of different things and all of my past clients have all had different needs. I have no “precise niche”. So I listed a few things in this slide to narrow some of it down, but it’s really not all of it. I even do housesitting, pet sitting and office and home decluttering but I can’t list it all otherwise I will confuse people.

So if you are in the same boat, I get it!!! You are not alone! We all need someone else to be our sounding board, professional cheerleader/bff to move things along! We all need an US!

So if you think you need support and curious as to if I am the answer, let’s talk. Email me so we can “just see”. You never know! My friends think I’m brilliant (ok maybe just a few), and my past clients have said I’ve helped them in ways unimaginably and such a unique experience.

We may have lost baddddd, I still had a good time at the game with friends!

Experienced Gallagher Square for the first time, it was fun but will probably just get regular seats and roam around the game like others did.

Oh and we ended up having to call an Uber at the end of the night. Thank goodness there was a phone! 😂😂😂

Today was a special day! One of my must visits when I come to SD is to visit with this amazing woman!!

Liz Laughlin, our time together is always special to me from our favorite breakfast spot to just hanging out on your couch chatting like we did when I lived with you 9 years ago!!!

18 years later! Fun catching up! So glad we made it happen quickly!

We both got our Forensics degree, one pursued it in the workforce and one didn’t.

At the end of the day, we didn’t even talk about out jobs.

Felt so good to be back and with one of my favorite instructors who is only here to fill in for someone! After my last trip of the summer to San Diego next week, I’m staying in and getting my butt (and back) back into its routine!! June and July’s travel and illness was just a delay!

Keeps my mind, body AND soul clear!! 🧘🏻‍♀️
