Garlic Butter Maple Kale Chips
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss kale with butter, oil, garlic, maple syrup, and salt.
Spread in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes until crisp, flipping halfway.
