Beef Jelly!!! Say what?

Say what do you do with the beefy fatty juice from a brisket?

I smoked a brisket for a short time, then covered the pan and baked it for 12 hours at 200. That created fabulous broth. So I bottled it, chilled it. Then I removed the solid fat and I’m left with beef jelly.

I can add this to broth, cooked potatoes or greens it a spoonful of it. It’s full of collagen and a flavor bomb!!
