“Dinner last night. Tom’s Turkey Brine Rub on the roasted veggies along with a little balsamic vinegar and sweet heat rub on the cheese grits. The salmon is from Sprouts. Black garlic salmon 😋 .

Too bad Frank’s already has the catchphrase “I put that sh*T on everything”, that is how I feel about your rubs in particular.”

Let the celebration of 25 years begin!

Over the past 25 years, we've taken a lot of photos of events, our fans, our experiences. It has been a very fun 25 years. Here's a preview of some of our most memorable pics taken at food shows.

So I've been fascinated by this cloud bread, AKA egg and cottage cheese thing.

I thought I'd try it myself.
Here goes-

1 cup cottage cheese
4 egg whites
2 eggs
1 tsp Sauce Goddess Sweet Heat seasoning (of course)
oil for cooking

Blended it all until fairly smooth.
Cooked it in a hot non-stick fry pan (yes to ScanPan).
Then baked it for 10 minutes on 350.
It puffed up then smoothed out to this lovely skillet omelette.

What a nice breakfast (and meal perp for a couple more days). We're calling it a cloud omelette.
