Getting it done! Staying committed to the process. Completed my Beachbody workout, Muscle burns fat and my daily workout on the treadmill with . Halfway through my hiking series through Chile! Love the interval training! So far, I’ve been to Italy, London, Scotland, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, I also hiked Haleakala with Michael Phelps all from the comfort of my treadmill!
