Thank you for the Birthday wishes! 🥳

This year’s Bday was memorial because for the first time I did not include a big party surrounded by friends. If you know me, ya know how I love a good celebration. This year was designed with my Sarita 3.0 in mind

A beautiful morning hike 🥾 in the Garden of the Gods here in Colorado Springs, Hapecito with my Medicine Sisters, eating Gluten & Diary Free Pupusas 🫓(who would know I would find a place that caters to both my allergies!) and Flower Pressing Workshop 🌼 making a bookmark and Candle 🕯️

This Birthday fed my soul in a way it needed and I also acknowledge that being 100% nomadic can lead to some very solitude heavy times, so I appreciate and love 🫶🏽 the friends who have been with me on this journey, constantly connecting with me and sending me love. You are in my heart! 💗

She may not be my biological grandmother, but she has always been my abuelita in spirit 🪶

My abuelita is a Pisces ♓️ and her energy matched well for my sense of safety with my sensitive little Pisces Moon growing up. She has always been a part of the woman I have become. In fact THE DAY my mom confirmed my adoption from El Salvador 🇸🇻, my abuelita walked into her bosses office in 1983 and retired from her job so she could be a full time grandma for me. She went to all my school field trips, took me to school, picked me up, gave me my afternoon snack, taught me how to blow bubbles, tie my shoes, how to take care of plants in the garden. She also shared my fondness of water wether it was swimming in a pool, a lake or taking a bubble bath. She taught me how to bake, crossstich and to sew my own cloths. She loved me for me, she was the maternal woman I could always lean on.

I am so fortunate to have spent so much time with her in my tender years and witness her turning a century old on March 18th. I had such a wonderful day celebrating with you Alita, love you so much! 💕

Thought I was just spending the winter ❄️ on the East Coast… but Philly ended up rewriting parts of my identity.

From December through February, the cold slowed me down in ways I didn’t expect. And in that slowing down, something deeper unfolded.

This is the part of manifestation people don’t talk about. It’s not just vision boards and affirmations.

🤲🏽It’s nervous system healing.
🤲🏽It’s identity shifts.
🤲🏽It’s letting life experiences reshape who you are willing to be.

The East Coast winter didn’t just change my scenery.

It changed my identity 💯

When a Black man thanks his mama, his ancestors, and the people who paved the way… that is manifestation beyond ego 🧠

Michael B. Jordan’s Best Actor win for Sinners and his acceptance speech moved me (and I am sure a lot of others) because it wasn’t just about HIS personal success, it was about remembrance, reverence, and roots. Just like in the movie Sinners (if you have not had a chance to watch it please do!) there is a dance section there honors the lineage of dance and music from all our ancestral roots.

Honestly, that part & his speech made me tear up.

🪶Because this is what I mean when I talk about body-based, decolonized manifestation.
Not just “I got what I wanted.”

But I know where I come from.
I honor what carried me here.
I let success be connected to spirit, lineage, gratitude, and truth.

Real manifestation is not about bypassing your roots.
It is about becoming safe enough to remember them.

If you identify as someone who is “underrepresented” folk ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼this is for you. The mainstream manifesting education out there has become watered down to fit inside a pop culture box that sellable and relatable to the masses

Aka its taught from a very mindset and identify shifting way, ignoring the body based wisdom and stories that we carry from generations of ancestors

This is not how I want to teach manifesting anymore. In fact it was because of becoming a nomad that has helped me shift this perspective.

For a long time, I shared manifestation in a way that was NOT aligned to me & my roots aka just Vision boards, Mindset shifts, Strategy.

But something was missing, the part that felt like HOME 🏡

Embodiment. Ancestry. Ritual. 🪶

This NEW haircut was not about aesthetics. It was identity anchoring through ritual.

On Valentine’s Day, I made ceremonial cacao ☕️, set intentions, and consciously cut away Sarita 2.0. Not because she was wrong — but because she was complete.

I saved some of my hair to return to Pachamama 🌎 in ceremony.
I received reiki as my curls were shaped into a bold bob that honors my Salvadoran roots 🇸🇻
Red lipstick has became my signature. Fire energy activated

This is WHAT decolonized manifestation LOOKS LIKE!

Not bypassing the body. Not repeating affirmations while staying energetically the same.
But marking transitions with intention so your nervous system knows: “We are not going back.”

Manifestation is not just mindset.
It is identity stabilization 💯
It is ancestral remembrance 💯
It is embodied permission to take up space💯

Sarita 3.0 is not becoming someone new. She is reclaiming what was always there! 🙌🏽

The Bliss Movement has been officially “given into the light” DAR LUZ aka given birth.

It has been in gestation within me 🤰🏻for a while now, I have been living it and breathing it unsure HOW the HELL I was going to share it…now my body and soul knows.

Welcome to the manifesting that does not bypass your lineage, your sovereignty and your lived experience.

This is decolonized manifesting, this is Manifesation as Liberation!!! ✊🏽
