Dear Coaches,
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. Your dedication, sacrifice, and hard work do not go unnoticed. You spend countless nights and weekends away from your families, pouring your energy into nurturing and guiding your athletes.
Your commitment to their growth and success is truly inspiring. You are not just teaching them skills; youāre instilling values that will last a lifetime. The impact you make goes far beyond the fieldāyou're shaping confident, resilient individuals who will carry these lessons with them always.
Thank you for your unwavering passion and for making a difference in the lives of so many. Your efforts are deeply appreciated!
With gratitude,
A fellow Softball Coach šā¾ļø

š„As a coach, the sacrifices I make often blend into the background, but theyāre rooted in something deeperāa genuine love for my players. Every early morning and late night I dedicate to my girls is fueled by the desire to see them grow, not just as athletes, but as individuals.
I often find myself trading weekends and personal time for the thrill of watching a player overcome their fears or achieve a long-held dream. Those momentsāthe spark in their eyes when they finally nail that pitch or the camaraderie in the dugoutāmake it all worthwhile. Itās a reminder that Iām part of something bigger than just the game.
I care for each of my players. I want them to know that their hard work and perseverance matter. Iām here to support them through the highs and lows, celebrating every victory and providing a shoulder during setbacks. Together, weāre building resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
At the end of the day, itās not just about winning games; itās about shaping character and instilling values that will last a lifetime. The sacrifices I make are small in comparison to the joy of seeing these young athletes blossom. They inspire me every day, and Iām grateful to be part of their journey.š„

āØAs a coach, I canāt stress enough the importance of practicing at home if you want to excel in your sport. Training outside of our scheduled practices allows you to hone specific skills and techniques without distractions, reinforcing what you learn. It gives you the flexibility to fit in extra practice around your own schedule, ensuring that you can dedicate time to improvement whenever it suits you. The more you practice, the more you develop muscle memory, making those complex movements second nature. Additionally, training alone builds mental toughness and disciplineāqualities that set champions apart. Take ownership of your development; tailor your practice to address your personal weaknesses and goals. Remember, consistent practice at home is not just an addition to your training; itās a crucial step toward achieving greatness. Letās make every moment countā¼ļøš„

š£ļøAs a coach, I believe it's essential for our young athletes to experience failure on the field. It's through these moments of setback that they learn resilience and grit, two qualities that will serve them well beyond sports. Embracing challenges helps them develop a growth mindset, teaching them that effort and perseverance lead to improvement. Each missed opportunity is a chance to refine their skills and grow as players and teammates. Learning to navigate both victories and defeats instills humility and fosters a true sense of sportsmanship. Letās encourage our kids to focus on the joy of the game, knowing that each experienceāgood or badābuilds character and lays the foundation for lifelong success. Together, we can help them see that every setback is just a stepping stone toward greatnessā¼ļø

Most know me as Julie, but a lot know me as Coach too.
My softball journey began in Southern California. I was a multiple sport athlete until I was about 15 years old when I know that softball was my passion. Softball didnāt come easily to me, it was something I had to work hard at, and dedicate my time to. I played 8 years of Competitive Travel Softball, 4 years of High School ball, and 3 years at the Collegiate Level attending Kansas Wesleyan University. I have endured many obstacles in my softball career. I have worked through and come back from a torn knee, a broken hand, and an appendicitis. Although it was tough and a struggle being off through each injury, I always managed to come back and strive to be just as strong as I was before. I understand how difficult it is to come back from an injury after months off. I understand that it can take not only a physical tole, but a mental one as well. Which is a big factor in why I have decided to continue my softball career and coach and give private lessons.
I have now been giving private Pitching, Fielding, and Hitting lessons for the past 5 years, and have been a head coach for a competitive team for 3 years now. I love coaching and giving back to the softball community. I want to share my experiences, passion, and better young female athletes. I want to teach them all that softball has taught me. Softball is more than a game, but a window into what life is going to be like in their future. Responsibility, challenges, leadership, communication, relationships and so much more.
I strive in every way to be the best private instructor/coach I can be. I donāt claim to know everything, but I will do everything in my power to be THE BEST and bring out the best in my athletes.
