It was a Knight to remember! My hunny has never been, so I surprised him with a special Christmas gift to

Of course with the royals themselves, King Ramiro and Queen Luciana, being present in the Knight Club I had to get knighted. The title that I chose for the ceremony was not "Lady", "Princess" or "Dutchess", but rather "Friend of All Creatures" because I love animals, even dragons! Our assigned knight was the red and yellow warrior who unfortunately was tragically killed. Nonetheless, we had an experience to remember.

2 years ago Paul Avila invited me to host Pauly's Project "Giving Back" event. I was excited to be involved knowing that this was one of the most impactful holiday events for the community. When I arrived there were hundreds of people who were in attendance being blessed with clothing, blankets, food, and so much more. The biggest thing being served was smiles.The place was filled with cheer, love, and gratitude. Being part of this special event and the Pauly's Project family was a true honor that I'm forever grateful for.

This year's event on Dec. 6 will be dedicated to the memory of Paul Avila who we lost this year in July. His incredible legacy and events continue on with the incredible PP team, his family, and son Pauly.

When I heard was closing I was surprised and bummed. Today marks the end of an era, 40+ years of business. We came to watch the Dodger game with friends and say goodbye to Zendejas.
