One of my favorite games when I hit up Rotator — cracking open the fridge and seeing what gems are hiding inside. 💎🍻

This time I struck gold with Micro Dankster from and brewed in collab with the legends at . A West Coast Pilsner that hits way harder than the name implies. 💥

Brewed with Simcoe, Motueka, and Citra Incognito in the boil and whirlpool, then hit with a dry hop of New Zealand Cascade and more Simcoe…

Let’s just say this one brought the dank and I was HERE for it. 🔥 (And a little smoke too, ya feel me?)

Every sip was straight-up fire. Pure weekend energy in a glass. Cheers to the weekend, friends! 🍻

Happy Star Wars Day to all my fellow nerds, beer lovers, and Jedi-in-training. One of my all-time favorite franchises it is.
Empire Strikes Back? Easily my top pick in the series — peak Vader, Hoth battles, that twist… come on now!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

I used to hide my struggles with anxiety and depression. Now I speak openly, because I know I’m not alone—and neither are you. Getting help has been life-changing, but that doesn’t mean the battles magically disappear. There’s no “fix,” but there are tools, support, and people who care.

I’m beyond grateful for my support system and for the people who show up for me when I need it most. That’s why I try to check in on others too—because sometimes the strongest smiles hide the deepest battles.

Social media rarely tells the full story. So if you ever need to talk, vent, cry, or just be heard—I’m here. My DMs are open. Taking that first step toward help is scary, but it’s also one of the bravest and best things you can do.

Mental health matters all year long. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. We’re all in this together.
