La fibromialgia no se trata solo de “cansancio”, sino de una fatiga que puede aparecer incluso en las tareas más simples. A veces tenemos toda la intención de limpiar, cocinar o salir… pero el cuerpo dice “hoy no puedo”.
Aprender a escuchar esos límites no es rendirse, es cuidarse. 💜

La fibroniebla (fibrofog) no es distracción ni falta de interés… es un síntoma real de la fibromialgia que afecta la memoria, la concentración y el enfoque.
Así que si me ves con mirada perdida… probablemente estoy intentando recordar qué estaba diciendo .😆💭
