I am not sure who posted a similar meal last week, but thank you for reminding me how good this is! Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, homemade gravy and Parker house rolls. The rolls got too hot too soon in the sun to rise. So...tasted good, just look funny!

"SO yummy! My husband went back for 3 more servings and didn't stop talking about it for days haha. Great news for me because it's so easy to make. Will make again and won't change a thing.

Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 fresh tomato
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon paprika or cayenne pepper for added heat

Looking for a quick and tasty dinner? This Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole is your go-to for busy weeknights! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿง€

Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 12 oz uncooked pasta (penne or ziti)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)

Directions:
1. First things first, preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
2. Grab a large baking dish and throw in those frozen meatballs, uncooked pasta, and the marinara sauce.
3. Give it a good stir with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well mixed.
4. Now, cover your dish tightly with aluminum foil and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. After the timer goes off, take off the foil and generously sprinkle that gooey mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake it uncovered for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is all bubbly and golden.
7. If you want to take it up a notch, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
8. Finally, dig in and enjoy your familyโ€™s new favorite casserole!

Yummy Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined, then remove from heat.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!
