Just finished your white paper on referral marketing best practices, 2014. Very informative!
They Do NOT honor their promotional email!! I had a friend send me a $15 off $75 purchase at Red Envelope which they did NOT honor even though I clicked through their referral link. They told me that link wasn't tied to my friend which was ridiculous and a glitch in their system, NOT my fault. Talking with their customer support I received no rectification on the issue so I wanted to let EVERYONE know on Social Media to be aware of this company and their potential illegal marketing practices!!
