Hi all. I am 6months postpartum, baby is breastfed only and I pump after feeds- this needs to change now as I have to go back to work soon. I have great success with pumping with my double electric breast pump, but I will need to be using my new Molka wearables when I return to work. I am definately not pumping effectively with the wearables and need serious help as it is urgent and very necassary if I am to continue breastfeeding my baby. I need examples of what settings to use and for how long- do i need to change them often? Cant really be changing them when you are working with customers…? The thing that does not make sense is that I cant find a setting on them with a longer suction, only quick sucks. And the worst is that I cant SEE. Also, do I need to use a specific bra and specific fit, how tight or how loose do they need to sit? Another thing with them is cleaning them in between pumps- definately time consuming to get them dry properly. What can happen if I just put them in the fridge after pouring out the milk and just using them again without cleaning while at work- can I do this? surely there will still be some milk in them and that will get mixed with the fresh warm milk if I pump again without cleaning. Lots of concerns here and I am struggling to figure all of it out. Sorry for the long post

My baby just turned 3 months but has been struggling with acne since birth. We were recommended hydrocortisone that helps when he gets rashes on his cheeks but not the actual pimples. I’ve tried tubby todd all over ointment but no help. Hes in kendamil classic formula, not breast feeding. Any recommendations?

Hi all! Looking for suggestions on good formula options to help supplement my breast milk. Our daughter just turned 6 weeks and was diagnosed with protein colitis in the beginning of December. I’ve eliminated dairy and soy from my diet for the past month, but I’m still struggling with low milk supply during the day. Her pediatrician recommended Nutramigen hypoallergenic formula, and we’ve been mixing it with breast milk since she won’t drink it by itself—but I noticed it has milk and soy ingredients, which concerns me and shs is now having mucusy stool and more gas problems again. Does anyone have experience with other formulas that might be a better fit?ā€

This is my little one. 2 weeks and 4 days ! The picture however may be deceiving this girl fights sleep like it’s an Olympic sport and she’s aiming for gold.
She has a tough time sleeping in her cot and usually only sleeps in our arms.
She fights the swaddle in any variation (Velcro, traditional or star) any tips?
Or is this a normal newborn thing??

This is the third biting incident I’ve had with my daughter’s daycare. The first one was reported to me, the other two were not. I noticed the marks when changing her. I brought it up to the daycare today and I’m at a loss for words. I don’t know what to do. I’m considering switching to a new daycare because I don’t like that her being hurt wasn’t reported to me. The daycare said it wasn’t reported because they didn’t see it happen. What should I do? Is there anything I can do? They said he also bit another kid today, and will be keeping him separated from the other children, but I don’t know what they mean by that. Like, will he be in another room??

My gorgeous Christmas girl. (Lv. 3 tear pls help)
I’m a FTM and haven’t known many women with too bad of issues with tearing during births. I had a level 3 tear (so hole to hole) and I’m having such a hard time with all of these changes with motherhood but feel that my tear has been the most bothersome. I have been doing the bottle washes, ice packs, dermoplast, tucks, taking stool softeners, increasing my fiber slowly, and drinking lots of water. I just have so much pain while trying to complete a BM and don’t know what to do. I would love any stories, experiences, or anything you have to share on the matter. Thank you so much 😊

Looking for some advice on how to help my sick baby!
FTM here and my LO (5 months-EBF) is having a horrible cold. Stuffy nose, cough, you name it. Not to mention she spikes a small fever, never above 100, because she’s teething😭 this is the first time she’s actually been sick and not feeling herself and it makes this mamma’s heart hurt! Any tips or tricks to help her feel better? I’m hesitant on giving medicine because she’s never had any, but willing to if it’ll truly help her! TIA!!

Any mamas with experience with CMPI/A?
We were on hypoallergenic formula for 2 weeks, then another doctor suggested going back to regular formula and breastmilk. We tried for 2 days and his eczema flared up badly.
We’re back on hypoallergenic formula now, but his eczema still comes and goes. I really want to continue offering breastmilk if possible.
Getting different advice has been really confusing, and our request for a GI referral was declined. Would love to hear what worked for your baby.

My 8 week old son has redness and swelling in his lower left eyelid for a week now. Doesn’t seem to be going away, just worse. I’m taking him to see a pediatrician tomorrow but wondering what I can do in the meantime. Does an antibiotic get prescribed this early to newborns?

Hello. I am a first time mom. I am combo feeding my baby and I have been doing that since birth. I had a C section so it took a while for my milk to come in that's why I started giving her formula as well. I was pumping 3 times a day and gradually my milk supply increased. Initially I started with 30 mls per pump. Then after my supply increased I even got 200 or more mls per pump so I didn't have to give her much formula. But I had to stop pumping 3 times a day because I had to stay outside for a long time so I had to give her formula as it's hard to carry breast milk outside. I was only able to pump once per day and the amount of formula I had to give her increased. My milk supply has reduced significantly as a result. It is back to how much it was when I started my pumping journey. I am feeling so stressed out, depressed and like I'm failing my baby because I'm not able to produce enough milk for her growing demands. She is now 5 months old. Any advice on how I can increase my milk supply again to how much it was before? Has this happened to any of you? How did you increase your milk supply again? Please share your personal experiences. I have included a picture of my before and after for your reference. Thank you.
