Some early SMOOV 45 wins. Major props to everyone who has hopped in the program and is putting in work!
The overwhelming theme I see in everyone who has gotten results from this program so far is simply COMMITTING.
It’s 45 days, it’s challenging and it’s totally doable. And yet there are a ton of people I’ve talked to that prevent themselves from committing because of “this” or because of “that.”
You want to make a change in your daily habits? You want to improve your physique? You want to prioritize health?
Then STOP stopping yourself with a lack of commitment. STOP stopping yourself with a bunch of excuses.
If you want change then prioritize it and commit. It literally is that simple.
