**Instructions:**
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for 15 minutes to form a gel-like consistency.
2. Season the chicken drumsticks and thighs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
