Jalapeño Popper Puff Pastry Twists with Cheddar
These jalapeño popper puff pastry twists are the perfect game day snack. Cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and creamy filling are wrapped in a flaky puff pastry and baked until golden brown and delicious. Your Super Bowl guests will love them!
Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp jalapeños, chopped

1 egg for egg wash

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese evenly over it.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped jalapeños on top.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the pastry into strips, twist, and place on a baking sheet.

Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve warm and enjoy the game!

Stir in almond flour and vanilla.

1/2 cup butter, browned

Directions:

Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop dough into 12 portions, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Transform your Katayef with the creamy goodness of Nutella and the crunch of hazelnuts for a twist on the traditional treat!

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 tsp yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 ½ cups warm water

1 tbsp semolina (optional)

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Filling: Nutella and chopped hazelnuts

Syrup: Water, sugar, lemon juice

Instructions:

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it rest.

Add semolina, baking powder, and salt to the batter.

Cook pancakes on a griddle until bubbles form.

Spread Nutella and add hazelnuts as filling.

Fold and seal.

Make syrup with sugar, water, and lemon juice.

Drizzle over Katayef before serving!

10 egg yolks

1 can condensed milk

1 can evap milk

1 tsp vanilla

¾ cup sugar

Instructions:

Caramelize sugar, pour into mold.

Combine & strain egg mixture.

Steam covered for 1 hour.

Chill, flip, and serve!

1 box carrot cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 cup water

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup whipped cream cheese frosting

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the carrot cake mix as per the package instructions.

Bake and let the cake cool completely.

Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork.

Mix together sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream, then pour evenly over the cake.

Frost the cake with whipped cream cheese frosting.

Sprinkle with shredded coconut or other toppings if desired.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
