Last week, I was mad at my husband Zeke.

We were reviewing the final video from his cycling trip from Munich to Venice, the last in a three-part series for Zeke and Terri Adventures.

At the very end of the 33-minute video, he mentioned my name. For the first time.

I was hurt. And then I was furious.

For two weeks, he recorded hours of content for Zeke and Terri Adventures, and I didn’t exist in the story until the final minute.

Meanwhile, in my videos from Strasbourg, Colmar, and the Alsace Wine Route, I mentioned him constantly, because Zeke and Terri Adventures is a "we" project, not a "me" one.

This led to an argument that cracked something open for me.

I saw, yet again, how much of my life has been centered around men, how deeply conditioned I’ve been to make life easier for them, often at my own expense.

Even my so-called “solo” adventures are built around work, while his are built around joy.

This week’s Piloting Your Life In-Flight is raw. It’s about that argument, the invisible labor of women, and the sacred power of rage when it wakes us up to the old patterns still running in our lives.

Here’s the truth that hit me:
