Golden Graham Treats:

Ingredients:
7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
16 oz mini marshmallows
1/2 cup one stick unsalted butter
2-3 Hershey bars

Instructions:
Prepare the Baking Pan:
Spray a 913 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray to prevent the treats from sticking.
Melt Butter and Marshmallows:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add 6 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted butter.
Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Golden Grahams:
Once the marshmallows are melted, remove the saucepan from heat.
Add the Golden Grahams cereal to the marshmallow mixture.
Stir until all the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Add Extra Marshmallows:
Add a handful of mini marshmallows to the mixture and stir them in. This will create pockets of gooey marshmallows in the treats.
Transfer to Baking Pan:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared 913 baking pan.
Use a spatula or your hands lightly greased to prevent sticking to press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Top with Marshmallows and Chocolate:
Sprinkle some additional mini marshmallows on top for extra texture and sweetness.

Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 15 oz can low sodium beef broth
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
In a large skillet cook the ground beef, breaking apart. Once it is mostly cooked add in the onions and bell peppers and cook for 5-10 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the garlic to the beef mixture and cook for a minute or two, just until you can start to smell it.
Sit in the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
Once the rice is tender, stir in about 1/2 of the cheese until it is melted and incorporated with the beef and rice.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top, put the lid back on the pan and let the cheese melt. If you are in a hurry, you could put your pan under the broiler if it is oven safe to melt it faster.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

This KFC famous bowl casserole has become a huge hit in our house and super easy to make. It can be made with instant potatoes, but we dont care for them so I make them homemade.
Edit: I made homemade mashed potatoes for the bottom layer, corn for the next layer. Used tyson anytizers popcorn chicken that I cooked in the Air fryer, and then added cheese on top. I added the brown gravy after it came out of the oven long enough to melt the cheese.

One of my new favorite recipes is crockpot pepper steak! This is so easy, a true dump and go dinner. Today were headed to the pool so Ive already got all ingredients prepped and ready to cook while were gone. Its great served over rice or noodles or just as is for a lower carb option.
Crockpot Pepper Steak is a dump and go hands-off meal that is super flavorful, simple, and comforting. This Chinese inspired pepper steak recipe is a favorite when served over rice, noodles and more!

Ingredients:

2 lbs beef sirloin strips or sirloin steak cut into slices
3 large colorful bell peppers sliced thick
1 large onion sliced
3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
Make the sauce. Combine hot beef broth, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, worchestire sauce, honey, ground ginger, black pepper, salt and cornstarch in a mixing glass. Stir well, crushing the bouillon cubes.
Place beef strips into the slow cooker. Pour sauce on top. Add peppers, onions and garlic on top of the beef.
When finished, stir well and transfer to a serving dish. Serve over rice or noodles or as a side with mashed or baked potatoes.

Decadent Campfire-Style Smores Mini Pies

Ingredients:

1 package of refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts
1 cup of chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar for dusting

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Allow the refrigerated pie crusts to come to room temperature as per the package instructions. Roll out each crust on a lightly floured surface.
Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out circles from the pie crusts. Press each circle into the cups of a mini muffin tin, forming mini pie crusts.
In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Toss them together until evenly combined.
Spoon the smores filling mixture into each mini pie crust, filling them to the top.
Cut out smaller circles or shapes from the remaining pie crust to create tops for the mini pies. Place these on top of the filled mini pies and press the edges to seal, creating mini pie lids.
Brush the tops of each mini pie with melted butter.
Sprinkle a little granulated sugar over the tops of the mini pies for a sweet, golden finish.
Bake for approximately 8 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown.
If desired, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes to toast the marshmallows on top of the mini pies. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
Allow the mini pies to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Taco bake

Ingredients:
1-2 lbs of ground beef - cooked and drained.
Taco seasoning
Nacho cheese Doritos
Potato rounds - cooked
Shredded cheese
One roll of crescent rolls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook your potato rounds until done and set aside. Season and cook your ground beef and drain. Add back to skillet and add your taco seasoning. Set aside. Take a 9x13 baking dish and add your potatoes, ground beef, cheese, Doritos and crescent rolls. Brush crescents with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let set for a couple minutes and serve with your favorite taco toppings. This was delicious!

Homemade Pizza Sticks 燎
Crispy Oven-Baked Pizza Twists

Ingredients:
1 package pre-made pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Additional marinara sauce for dipping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Cut the dough into strips, twist each strip, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top of each stick with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
