Why is Ashur Giwargis praising Rayyan Kaldani, who is on the U.S. Treasury sanction list since 2019, and why do Assyrians like Ashur Giwargis continue to honor the wrong persons? Do they have something to gain from their work in support of these characters?

As of 2019, the U.S. Treasury sanctioned AL-KILDANI, Rayan (also known as AL-KALDANI, Rayyan; a.k.a. DODI, Rian Salim Sadeq; a.k.a. KALDANI, Rayan). At the time, the Department of the Treasury stated, “The United States is taking action against four individuals in Iraq implicated in serious human rights abuse or corruption,” said Sigal Mandelker, Treasury Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. “We will continue to hold accountable persons associated with serious human rights abuses, including persecution of religious minorities, and corrupt officials who exploit their positions of public trust to line their pockets and hoard power at the expense of their citizens.”

This week, we find out that the U.S. Treasury may take action against Kaldanis' brother.

Your comments ring hollow given you are still hijacking the ANC by placing five members of your own family on the board. If the AIC members accept your presence, then the question arises: Who in the AIC is so blind or so compromised that they are willing to work with individuals of your caliber?
Why the pictures of his family members are missing? What is he trying to hide?
