Utilizing the app Goals-Fitness for an actual walk training program. The program is daily for 12 weeks.

I also use my Amazfit T Rex Pro for redundancy and to go a little further in distance to complete my route. This is since the plan for Goals-Fitness is time based intervals and does not usually complete a route, at least not yet.

Arrived today: .us T-Rex Pro. It connects to the Zepp app on my iPhone.
