We are often asked: "Why build an AI tool for old letters?"
It started with a realization. We are a small team of engineers and parents. We looked at our own families and saw the same thing: Boxes of incredible handwritten letters and Google Docs full of recipes that the younger generation just wasn't reading.
We realized that if we wanted to save these stories, we had to change the format. We had to turn them into something you can listen to—like a podcast.
We are building X2Cast in our spare time because we believe family history should be heard, not hidden in an attic.
We are looking for 10 families to beta test this with us for Christmas. We will turn your story into a professional audio episode for free.
