ON NOVEMBER 19, 2024, THE OWNER, CREI HOLDINGS NOTIFIED DOS SANTOS, A RESIDENT THAT PURCHASED A HOME BY LIQUIDATING HIS LIFE SAVINGS AS WELL AS HIS (401K) FOR A 4 BEDROOM, 2 BATH TRAILER IN SWEETWATER’S LI’L ABNER MOBILE HOME PARK. INSTEAD OF LETTING THIS MAN KNOW THAT THE PLACE WAS GOING INTO REDELOPMENT THEY TOOK HIS MONEY.
ALL 900 PLUS RESIDENTS WERE NOTIFIED TO VACATE THEIR MOBILE HOME BY MAY 19, 2025. THIS HAS BECOME A CONTINUING STATEWIDE SHUTTERING OF MOBILE TRAILERS TO MAKE WAY FOR DEVELOPERS THAT CLAIM TO REDEVLOP THIS LAND FOR “AFFOORDABLE AND WORKFORCE” HOUSING.
THE DEVELOPER “THE URBAN GROUP DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT CO.” OFFERED THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE FROM $14,000 DOWN TO THE MINIMIUM OF $3,000. THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR A YEAR’S RENT. THE MAJORITY OF THEM WERE PAYING $1,200 A MONTH. ONE FAMILY BOUGHT HER HOME 2 YEARS AGO FOR $75,000. WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING IS SHAMEFUL, GREEDY AND WITHOUT ANY COMPASSION. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR HOMES WITHOUT CARING WHETHER THEY HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO OR NOT.
CREI HOLDINGS DECEIVED THESE PEOPLE BY TELLING THEM THAT THEY HAD NO PLANS TO DEVELOP THE PARK AND SO PEOPLE CONTINUED TO PURCHASE HOMES, TAKING THOSE PEOPLE MONEY LIKE DOS SANTOS AND OTHERS UP UNTIL WEEKS BEFORE THE VACATE NOTICE.
THIS IS NOT JUST HAPPENING IN FLORIDA, BUT I MADE A PODCAST ON HOW THESE CORPORATE LANDLORDS AND DEVELOPERS ARE

SWEETWATER FLORIDA TRAILER PARK

ARE OUTRIGHT STEALING PEOPLES HOMES. WHAT THEY ARE CALLING “AFFORDABLE HOUSING” IS NOT AFFORDABLE FOR MANY PEOPLE AND THEREFORE ARE IN FACT MAKING MORE HOMELESSNESS. THESE CORPORATIONS AND DEVELOPERS HAVE NO COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING AND DO NOT CARE THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOWHERE TO GO AND HAVE NOTHING LEFT, BECAUSE EVERYTHING THEY HAD WAS ALL IN THEIR HOMES WHERE THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE SECURED FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.

God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called,
meaning that Faith and trust in God's ability to develop
the needed skills, so you should focus on Faith to step into your
calling. Even when you feel inadequate, trusting God will provide the
necessary abilities. God will provide the necessary training,
guidance, and strength to fulfill the calling.

Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall
mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary,
and they shall walk and not faint.
"Wait on the Lord" signifies a reliance on God's power and timing,
not relying solely on one's own strength." renew their strength"
God's ability to restore energy and vitality when we trust in him.
"Mount up with wings like eagles" signifies the ability to rise above
challenges and difficulties with God's help".
"Run and not be weary, walk and not faint". Emphasize the idea
of perseverance and not giving up, even when facing hardship.
This verse is interpreted as a message of hope and encouragement
for people who are going through difficult situations, reminding them
that God can provide the strength to overcome challenges.
[ Hope gives you an assurance that infuses you with renewed
strength. This assurance stems from God's faithfulness and the fact
that he will be with you through every trial and tribulation.]

The futility of human strength against divine action, when faced with the might of God, they will find themselves powerless and dissolved into nothingness by forces beyond
their control. Those who trust in themselves, rather than in God will find their efforts fruitless.
This reminds us to rely on faith and Divine intervention in difficult times.
No matter the temporary trials we face, God's deliverance comes swiftly.
God's intention to protect his people against overwhelming odds and those who oppose him will face swift judgment.

Isaiah 10:1-4
Judgment is declared against those who make sinful decisions, or
continue to make laws that create injustice. They are guilty of writing
oppression into the system of justice. Corrupt officials using the power of
political office to rig the system in their favor, leaving those who are poor
and powerless in the dust. These laws were always in favor of the wealthy.
When those laws were written by the same men who benefited most from them
the poor and powerless often is left out.
They use laws to take advantage of the poor and needy for financial gain.
what will they do when the day of punishment comes to them?
The Lord's anger with them will not be satisfied. Destruction will come, but
it will not consume everything. The Lord will triumph. Corrupt official's
use their power to bend the law to their advantage where it is always at the cost of
those with no political power.

My Friend
I have a friend in Jesus. He hears all
my prayers to my problems and needs.
He brings me comfort to make it through each day.
My eyes look to the heavens to give my gratitude, for
how he keeps me safe and protect me from harm, he
gives me strength to carry on. With him I find calm and peace
and send love and light to all I meet.
There is no better friend to have than the one we call Jesus,
The Source, the man up above that rules our hearts and souls.
With him I feel his love that's unconditional as we in turn rise to
do the same,

MY TESTIMONY

GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER for Jesus (Holy Spirit) is coming and no man knows where or when. September 1, 2023, as I awaken from my sleep, I heard and saw this woman and man's silhouette , I heard the woman telling the man "Kill her". I said to myself , somebody's plotting to kill somebody. I went about my morning routine, got dressed, went for a walk. On my way back, I stopped at the park to do meditation. Sitting there I started feeling sick. I started spitting, but the spit was coming out like thick snot and I had to pull it out with tissue. After having to do that 3 times, I had to call my son to come get me because I couldn’t make it across the street to the house. I took a couple steps and couldn’t make it.
I called my son, who was getting ready for work, and told him I couldn’t make it upstairs. He came and got me, but I had to stop 3 times before I got to the building.
I was so grateful that he hadn’t left yet. Once I got upstairs, I laid down for about 5 minutes and then told him to call the ambulance. The ambulance took me down the street to Brooklyn Hospital to the emergency room, where I apparently gave them my chart number and then passed out.
When I woke up the nurse came in and told me I was the walking dead; they had placed 2 stents in my right leg. At that moment it came to me that the woman and man was talking about me. That’s what the Holy Spirit was showing me that morning. Then I said, “touch not my anointed”. This is why I am so grateful to Holy Spirit, because he showed me and then he made sure my son was there to help me get to the hospital.
This was the 3rd time someone tried to hurt me. You better believe prayer changes things.
Talk to Holy Spirit just like you’re talking to a close friend for any problems and burdens you may in life and let him lead you. Hés closer than a friend, he’s your best friend, because he already knows what you need before you ask. He’s just waiting for you to come to him.
