Here is a reminder that the energy we put into the world—through a smile, a listening ear, or simply holding space—can travel farther than we ever realize. 💫

I’ve witnessed it in the families I mentored, the children I taught and tutored, and the women I walk beside. One small shift, one sacred moment of connection, can spark healing that ripples out for generations.

When we share our authentic self's we’re not just impacting lives—we're co-creating legacies of love, presence, and truth.

🇪🇬 In April 2024, Egypt gave me ancient medicine.
🏰 In May 2024, Great Britain awakened my ancestry and spirit.
🌺 In March of this year, Hawaii softly brought about this sacred cycle of transformation.

Join us on Friday, April 25th, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm for a heartwarming Animal Human Connection Ceremony at 3018 E 3300 S, Suite 50 (downstairs unit), in Millcreek, Utah.

This special gathering is a celebration of the deep and sacred bond we share with our animal companions. Whether your friend has fur, feathers, fins, or scales, all are welcome!

Each attendee may bring one companion animal, and we ask that pets be leashed or contained as needed, under their handler's supervision.

Please bring a mat or pillow so you and your animal friend can share this peaceful space comfortably.

You're also invited to contribute to our resource table by bringing gently used pet items (no food or perishables, please).

A suggested love donation of $10 supports this meaningful experience, proudly sponsored by the Salt Lake Center for Spiritual Living.

I’m curious—do you consider yourself a healer? Whether you're a parent, teacher, nurse, energy worker, or someone who naturally holds space for others, healing comes in so many forms.

If your answer is yes, here’s my next question:
How often do you allow yourself to RECEIVE in a healing modality?

As healers, we often pour so much into others, but it’s just as important to refill our own cups. What practices or modalities help you recharge and stay balanced? Reiki, yoga, energy work, meditation, or maybe something else entirely?
