Bo knows football and baseball… and games. As the only professional athlete to be named an All-Star in two major American sports, Bo Jackson also took his skills to the gaming scene. Bo Jackson Baseball was released in 1991 for NES and PC, shown here in a 9.4 and signed by Jackson himself. Bo Jackson: Two Games in One was released for Game Boy and allowed players to play like Jackson in both of his sports.

This gem from 2000 was based on Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and combined platform and beat ‘em up styles with puzzles, Jedi action, and lightsaber combat. Players could play as Jedi Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi or Jedi Masters Qui-Gon Jinn, Mace Windu, Adi Gallia, or Plo Koon and later unlock additional characters through specific tasks like Queen Amidala and Captain Panaka. While this specific copy achieved a 9.8 A+, this game received mixed reviews due to its incredibly frustrating difficulty.

9.8 A+ sealed but still tearin’ up our hearts. NSYNC’s self-titled debut was released in Germany in 1997, followed by a March 1998 international release. Initial sales were slow, but then came their performance on a Disney Channel in Concert Special in 1998. Almost overnight, NSYNC was No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and went 10x Platinum with more than 10 million copies shipped to the US. They went on to become one of the best-selling boybands of all time with four studio albums and five tours, selling more than 70 million records before their indefinite hiatus in 2002 when key member Justin Timberlake decided to explore his solo career. NSYNC briefly reunited in 2023 to release “Better Place” for the Trolls Band Together film and performed together at Timberlake’s One Night Only concert in 2024, more than a decade after their last performance.
