We had a chance to check out one of the most unique and delightful restaurants in Santa Barbara. Chef Joe Reimer gave us the story, some history, and the passion behind this project.

The Chanticlair features an eclectic menu, daily bread flown in from New Orleans, multiple menus for different occasions, and food that makes you feel like you just walked into a friend or family member’s home that you’ve known forever. They serve everything from fresh-caught ahi tuna and homemade pastries to gumbo and po’ boys. You certainly will not leave hungry!

A new gelato shop is coming to downtown Santa Barbara! 🍨

Sweetaly Gelato Artigianale is taking over the former Tondi Gelato location at Paseo Nuevo and will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, August 1.

Stop by from 12 PM–10 PM to welcome the new shop and enjoy authentic Italian gelato.
