Creamy Shrimp & Spinach Bread Bombs with Parmesan Shell 🧀

Deliciously crispy Parmesan-coated bread stuffed with creamy shrimp and spinach.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated bread dough (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (for coating)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix shrimp, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Roll out bread dough and cut into squares.
4. Spoon filling onto each square, fold into balls, and seal edges.
5. Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in Parmesan.
6. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.

Creamy mac 'n' cheese stuffed with juicy shrimp, baked into crispy muffin-sized bites.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and whisk to make a roux. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in cooked macaroni.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange in a sunburst pattern on a parchment-lined baking sheet, overlapping wide ends to form a ring.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, and Old Bay. Spoon filling over the wide ends of the dough.
