What’s your MANTRA?

We all have those days where things just aren’t flowing. The most important thing to know in these moments is that we always have the power to turn our thoughts and our energy around.
Mantras are incredibly useful tools to help reprogram your mind for success. Here are some examples of mantras worth repeating whenever you find yourself in a tight spot:
I am fully supported by the Universe
I thrive in uncertain situations
I bounce back from challenges with ease
I am capable of anything I set my mind to
My timing in life is perfect
To make the mantra even more accessible for your mind to accept, you can reword it like,
“I am learning how to bounce back from challenges with ease,”
or
"Welcome the guidance and confidence to be able to thrive in uncertain situations.”
Try these mantras out, or create your own! The idea is to use phrases that resonate with you, and that instantly sets your mind at ease when they are spoken.
