Cleaned up this morning so I took a selfie in my hospital bed haha!! 🤳It’s been a rough week. 🥴 3 ER visits and then I was admitted to the hospital Thursday with an obstructive 6mm kidney stone. 🤦🏻‍♀️ they had told me previous to Thursday that I had a 50% chance of passing the thing… but… nope. Didn’t happen. So THANK GOD they took it out yesterday. They placed a stent as well (ugh, the surgeon was trying to not do that but happened anyway). My body likes to make stones (I have something called primary hyper parathyroidism and they think that’s why I make stones all of the time, but that’s a whole other issue and the only way to get better with that is by surgery as well 🤦🏻‍♀️). My stones are usually small and not obstructive! So I get pain and bleeding, but they pass! Not this one though…Ohhhhh myyyy Goodness…. The PAIN! 🤦🏻‍♀️😫 The pain was one huge NOPE (and I have a very high pain tolerance). NOPE NOPE NOPE! Lol. Anyhoo, just another bump in my long list of health issues road! Hoping they let me go home today. I need to feel better ASAP because I have graduations to go to! 🩷🙏

Happy Mother’s Day Eve!! Had some yummy quesa birria tacos tonight that we picked up for take out from Los Corrales Mexican Restaurantin Oxnard tonight. Super good! I like to add lemon and their red salsa to my consome for dipping… and I also add the salsa verde, and lemon into the taco itself…so so yummy like that! 😋🌮

𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 49 💗🎂

My body said: “we are not participating today.” 😅

My birthday was actually two days ago. I wasn’t feeling well that day, so I had a very slow, very low-key birthday… like “cancel all plans and regroup with snacks” energy. 😂

And of course, my dog Raider also decided to go missing and turn it into a whole side quest at a shelter in Camarillo! He is safe, thank God… I, however, aged 7 years emotionally). 😅

So instead of photos, I made this version of the day… pink horse, pink dress, 49 balloons… because if my reality is chaotic, at least the imagination can be pretty and in my favorite color!!

Life lately has been a lot of “one thing after another,” but I’m still here. 💯🙌 Still healing. Still laughing at how unpredictable everything is.
