For all the brave ones stepping out right now into new identities, new adventures, new businesses…go for it!

At first it feels terrifying, foreign and lonely. Stay with it, my friend, stay with it.

Let the imposter syndrome hitch a ride for a bit, let the cringe factor go to 1000, let the comments come and go. None of it means anything about your ability, strength and (most importantly) your belonging to YOUR OWN DAMN LIFE!!

Let it feel like you’re making it up. Let it feel too good to be true. Soon enough it will feel like you’ve always been doing it, and the world will begin to align with your new identity.

What was once just a dream will suddenly become your reality, all because you stayed with it and bet on yourself.

You’ve got this, babe. You’ve got you. And that’s always been enough.

THE WOMAN THEY CALLED WITCH
was a medicine woman.

She ran with the wolves and howled at the full moon. She spoke in tongues and conjured energy.

She sourced.
She healed.
She divined.

She wasn’t crazy.
She wasn’t dirty.
She wasn’t non-conforming.

She was liberated in her true essence,
following intuition and connection.
She did not question if God was here or there.
Within or without.

Everywhere, she knew.
An unbroken communion that did not
need declaration or proof.

Proof was in every leaf and flower.
In every herb and concoction.
There in her breath.
In her existence.
In the body that was passage
through which the realm heals.

Call her witch, if you must. But also…

Call her woman.
Call her medicine.
Call her portal to the divine.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, TAKE ONE! ☝️

We just passed through the Gregorian New Year, ie the solar new year. We still have 7 whole weeks before the Chinese New Year, ie the lunar new year (Take 2 ✌️) when all of that beautiful, courageous FIRE HORSE energy kicks in.

Even better? We still have 10 weeks until the Earth’s New Year, the spring equinox in March (Take 3 )

We’ve got SO MUCH TIME to settle in and let it all unfold. Each milestone with its own invitation to weave into your becoming.

No rush. This is winter. Rest. Keep shedding your skin 🐍 through February, and then saddle up, and ride into the new spring on the momentum of Fire. 🔥 🐎

IT’S A WEIRD WEEK! 🙃

A lot just happened and all you really want to do is check out and not think about any of it for a minute!

But, when things get quiet, it can stir a bunch of old stuff from the past and put on pressure to decide before midnight on the 31st what you want to do different going forward. It’s hard to outrun feeling unsettled in this week of in-between.

Maybe there’s something here to let go. Maybe there’s something here to welcome in.

Let’s sit with that. Set intentions. Be present. Ease the weird.

It’s the best decision you’ll ever make even if it sounds funny, doesn’t make sense or feels awkward. It won’t feel that way forever, only until you realize it’s yours alone to claim and you claim it!!

This is where the fun and magic lives. This is where you find out what it means to feel like you belong. 🫶🏻

Change can be very unsettling. Turning away or denying it can buy some time but it can also fragment relationships, emotions and your experience.

If you turn towards it as a collaborator and purifier, it accelerates the best outcome and carries you forward with momentum, even when moving into the unknown. 💫 🏎️ 💫
