Trying to beat the Florida heat like… 🥵🌴

Huge shoutout to Jonah out here with a rake and motivation 💪 getting the landscaping prepped and irrigation in place before we lay sod. Because in Florida, if you skip the irrigation… you’re basically installing expensive hay 😅

Next step: new sod + lots of water = improved curb appeal 🌱💧

Progress is happening and we’re loving the momentum on this one 👏

✔️ Pool cage fully restored & repaired
✔️ Pool ➝ cleaned up and back to blue!
✔️ Yard prepped and ready for pool paver installation
✔️ Interior demo is well underway
✔️ Dead landscaping cleared to make room for what’s next

This home is already starting to breathe again, and we’re just getting started. 👀🏡
