Perfect for teething! Save this for your next meal prep day! 👇🏼

🍓 STRAWBERRY YOGURT & SEED DROPS 🍓
INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup organic whole milk Greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
* 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds

HOW TO MAKE IT
* Mix until smooth and combined.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
* You can be perfect and use a dropper but I didn’t have the patience for that so I used a ziploc bag and just got it done, I’ll make a smaller hole next time😂
* Freeze: Pop the tray in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours until the drops are completely solid.
* Serve & Store: Peel them off the parchment and transfer to an airtight container. Keep stored in the freezer for up to 1 month!
