This little room has a BIG job to do. 😅

🚨 **STOP LETTING YOUR CUCUMBERS GET THIS BIG!** 🥒

I used to think bigger cucumbers meant a bigger harvest… but there’s a problem. 👀

When you leave cucumbers on the vine too long, they start putting their energy into seeds instead of producing more cucumbers.🌱

👉 Pick them young and often, and you can keep those plants producing!

And yes… we found THIS monster hiding in the garden. 😂

You see a drawer box getting replaced. But this is the beginning of the end of an era. 16 years ago, my husband and I started a full kitchen remodel with all the hopes and dreams of completing it promptly. 2 weeks into the project, I came down with shingles from the sheer stress of a remodel.
My kitchen was unusable. My contractor had returned home to Nevada. We were left to complete the entire kitchen. My husband had to go back to work and life had to get back to normal with little time to work on the remodel.
16 years of no kitchen drawers. No completed kitchen cabinets. And here we are, 16 years later, finishing up the last part of our kitchen remodeling.
It’s hard to put into words what this picture represents, but it’s the end of an era. We aren’t the same people we were when we started. Our kids have grown, married, made us grandparents, and we are ready to close this chapter and move on to a new one.
I hope you’ll come along and follow our path as we take on new projects and adventures!

We’re delighted to announce that our studio remodel is complete!!! Not only will this be used by Charity but it’s also open to other photographers to rent in the local area. The total renovation cost was around $4500…the most expensive portion was the installation and refinishing of the wood floor.

But we aren’t done yet…we are on to putting in a full bathroom next.
