🏰🎢 Many Disney and Universal fans don’t realize this, but travel agents aren’t paid for creating quotes, park guides, dining strategies, or promotion checks. All of that Disney magic behind the scenes is unpaid until a guest actually books and completes their vacation.
So, we basically are working for free until you travel. If you cancel a trip, then we don’t get paid.

💰Disney/ Universal pays agents a small commission after travel is finished. It never comes from the guest, and it never increases the price. Whether you book on your own or through an agent, the pricing stays the same—using an agent simply adds guidance, park knowledge, and stress-free planning.

Truth - A Disney (or Universal) focused agent handles details, watches for discounts, and builds a customized itinerary that works for your family. Plus, I have more knowlege about the Resorts, parks, dining than what you can get from online sources.

I returned to Epic Universe last month and I have to say that it is one of my favorite theme parks. It’s just absolutely gorgeous. I could spend everyday there just walking around and eating. They have the best food of all of the Universal theme parks.

If you don’t like lugging all your luggage from baggage claim to your resort- Disney and Southwest Airlines are making your arrival just a bit easier. If you’re flying Southwest into MCO and staying at a Disney Resort, you can officially skip baggage claim thanks to Disney’s new luggage transfer service.

Disney handles the luggage part for you, just like they did before.

Here’s a quick rundown of what you need to know:

• The Service Starts November 18, 2025
• Available for guests flying Southwest Airlines into Orlando
• For guests staying at select Disney Resorts (Value Resorts are included)
• Your checked bags go straight from the airline to your Disney Resort
• Your Bags arrive to your room in about four hours
• You must register 5–30 days before travel
