Men, you need to help your wife flourish.

The closest you can get to biblical gender roles are the husband and wife working together side by side. The woman is the helper and the man is supposed to create an environment where his wife flourishes.

If you don't get clarity on your role in your marriage, and you don't check in with your spouse on a regular basis about how things are going, your marriage will end up in trouble.

So make sure you do it on your own, before a marriage counselor makes you do it.
