🟠 INTERMEDIATE VIOLATION

• Food-contact surfaces that were not in use were soiled with food debris, including two meat slicers, a sandwich station, and a food prep table.

🟢 BASIC VIOLATIONS

• A laptop, phone, and speaker were stored on a food-contact table next to tomatoes, a knife, and three cut loaves of bread. Management removed the items. Corrected on-site.

• Floors behind the counter and under and behind kitchen equipment had heavy accumulations of food and paper debris. An employee began sweeping during the inspection. Corrective action taken.

• A case of turkey breast and cases of red and green peppers were stored on the walk-in cooler floor. Management stated the delivery had arrived earlier that day. Repeat violation.

• A case of napkins and a case of food bags were stored on the floor near the walk-in cooler.

• Food in the glass display cooler was left uncovered, including turkey breast at 43°F, ham at 43°F, roast beef at 42°F, block cheese at 43°F, chicken salad at 46°F, and tuna salad at 47°F.

• A wet mop was stored in standing water in a mop bucket near the mop sink.
