Hi, I’m Jen Hunter — it’s SO nice to meet you!

I’ve called Seattle home for over 40 years. After 15+ years in the hospitality industry helping clients celebrate life’s most meaningful moments — from weddings and funerals to product launches and appreciation events — I expanded into real estate to support people through life’s biggest transitions.

I’ve been feeling all the emotions lately...

Yesterday was a big day and while it was overwhelmingly busy for me it really made me reflect on this little “job” I have been gifted…

I helped a father purchase a home for his daughter, closed on a new home for a couple who’s getting married next weekend, and found a home for a newlywed who wants an investment condo to build her nest egg for her future children.

It’s an honor to not just sell homes, but to be entrusted with so many life transitions in my client’s lives. I’m grateful to do it.

Some may say, “You just sell houses” or worse… “You just open doors” But it’s so much more than selling real estate. This little piece of social media has connected me with so many amazing people and I get the privilege of working with real people in the middle of their very real (often exciting, sometimes sad) life circumstances.

02. farmers markets have arrived - so excited for madison park marketing every saturday starting june 14

03. birthday love - carrot cake from

04. remodel now requires structural and civil engineering - permits coming soon!

08. sibling age gaps - it’s pretty incredible seeing john and sammie’s bond grow
