Stroll Laurelhurst and Windermere is an exclusive publication "Delivering Neighborhood Connections" through sharing resid

ent stories, photos, and happenings you’ve come to expect and enjoy. Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue for these individuals to get to know local organizations, businesses, and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final component which makes us unique is the many events that we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with the residents of Laurelhurst and Windermere. There is no better way for a business to secure long-term success than to make the right connections.

They are reopened and ready to welcome our neighbors back! 🏡

Come explore their new ADA-accessible entrance and all-gender restrooms, plus exciting programs for all ages — from pottery and youth sports to adult fitness and family fun.

📍 Be sure to stop by, take a tour, and ask about the room rentals for your next event with park views of Husky Stadium. They can't wait to see you at their newly refreshed Center! 💛

✨ Meet the Kealy Family! ✨

Pete and Clare Kealy have lived in Laurelhurst since 2020 with their two kids, Gannan and Kate. Travel for their family isn't just a hobby but a way of life, however, after unpacking their boxes they knew they had found their perfect home. 🏡 🌍

You’ll often find them walking “The Loop,” cheering on the Sounders (they even named their dog Sounder!), or soaking in the beauty of our local beach clubs.

Their family has taken adventures in Japan, Portugal, Croatia, and Costa Rica, their passports tell the story of a family fueled by curiosity and connection.

For this globe-trotting family, Laurelhurst isn’t just a neighborhood — it’s home. 💙

🌟 Neighbor Spotlight: Meet Elizabeth Fletcher!

We were pleased to get to know Elizabeth, Windermere resident, in this month's Breaking the Ice feature! After seven years in Laurelhurst, Elizabeth and her family found their forever home in Windermere — drawn by the space, privacy, and vibrant community.

🎾 Elizabeth is often found either on the tennis courts or walking her pup at the dog park.
☕ She loves trying new recipes in the kitchen or catching a concert.
💬 What she said is a best neighbor quality: “The kind that invites me over for drinks!”

🌟 Meet this month's Laurelhurst kid spotlight: Carver! ⚾️

Carver is a lifelong Laurelhurst resident who loves friends, fun, and baseball. He lives with his parents, Kristin and Todd, his siblings Brooks and Collins, and their dog Rocky.

He enjoys skiing, playing football and baseball. He shared with us that he loves all things about baseball from the teamwork, the strategy, and the gear.

Let’s give a big cheer for this driven young athlete who’s balancing school, sports, and friendships like a pro! 👏 You can read more about his story on page 20.
