MOM’S MEXICAN PIZZA! One of those super easy dinners that everyone loves!! Ingredients: • Store-bought pizza dough OR premade pizza crust • 1 package cream cheese • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes + green chiles, drained • 1 can black beans, drained + rinsed • 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained • 1 packet taco seasoning • Shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese • Optional: shredded rotisserie chicken How to make it: 1. Prepare pizza dough/crust according to package directions. 2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the crust. 3. Top with drained Rotel. 4. Sprinkle about 1/3 of the taco seasoning over top. 5. Add about half the black beans and half the corn (or more if you want!). 6. Sprinkle the remaining taco seasoning over everything. 7. Top generously with shredded cheese. 8. Bake according to your pizza dough/crust directions until the crust is cooked and the cheese is bubbly - mine took about 10 minutes but I used Cookware which makes it faster! SO easy + so good!! 🌮🍕

it’s easy & your kids will love it! win win Slow Cooker Orange Chicken: 1. Cube 3 chicken breasts and add to your slow cooker. 2. Add 3 tbsp flour and toss to coat the chicken. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together: 1/3 cup orange marmalade 1/3 cup BBQ sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp ginger 4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and mix well. 5. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours. NOTE: This is different from what I say in the video!! We cooked ours on high for 4 hours and it was honestly a little overcooked 😂 So definitely stick to 2–3 hours on high!
