Intermittent outages this morning starting around 10:30am PTD?
the worst internet company. Service is always down. Avoid if you can
Continued outages with no updates, no communication, and the worst customer support people I have ever talked to... You might as well talk to a wall, they have no information, they just try to push past you on the phone without explaining the situation. Do not use this service.
I haven't had internet service for the majority of the weekend. Currently it's been over 18 hours straight since I had service last. What is going on?

Having some weird upload throttling problems? Download seems fine. Is this a known issue?
Internet down in Belltown. I called and was told that someone would get back to me at 9:00am when they start work. Really? You only address outages during work hours?
I really really want to support you guys but your internet goes down for hours without any indication anywhere. At least some communication would be appreciated. Comcast is evil but their connection was never this flaky.
Again with no service here in Kent Station. Great way to start the work week. Come on!
