Another trip around the sun ☀️🎂

Birthdays are for taking the day off work, doing the things you love, and letting the people around you spoil you a little.

I spent the day grabbing some of my favorites, moving my body, and ended the night at Capital Grille with my boyfriend for the most incredible dinner!! A white rose, champagne + two desserts 🥹 they really did not have to do all that!

I’m a few weeks out from finishing my MBA and this birthday hit different for me this year… I’ll be closing out one of the hardest and best chapters of my life and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next. 🤍

Here’s to taking a full day for yourself. You deserve it! 🥂✨

The Ave was my everyday hangout during undergrad. 🍜🍗🥤

But now I’m a grad student at UW with less than a month until graduation and I barely come here anymore. So I back this weekend and tried Núodle.

They hand pull their noodles fresh in house!! You can watch them do it and choose from a few different noodle options. We got the beef noodle soup, pork belly, and a lemon honey iced tea. ✨

Happy National Dance Day! 💃🏼✨

From growing up in the studio at 🩰 to .dance, , , , featuring in music videos, performing at , and so much more ~ dance has shaped the way I create, connect, and show up on (and off) camera!!

It taught me discipline, team work, and the power of taking creative risk.

Although I don’t post much about dance anymore (maybe I should! 🤭) it’s still a part of me that shines quietly beneath everything I do.
