Norway’s breathtaking mountain trails weren’t built by machines many were built by Sherpas from Nepal. 🏔️💪

For years, Nepali Sherpa teams have carried massive stones up steep mountain slopes to create hiking paths and staircases in places machinery can’t reach. Using only ropes, harnesses, and incredible endurance, they’ve helped complete more than 300 trail projects across Norway.

The trails are now used by over 100,000 hikers every year, while the work provides Sherpas with life changing income they often share with their families and villages back home. 🇳🇵❤️🇳🇴

Two years after losing her 4-year-old son Myles in a tragic car crash, Kaci Wilson finally got to hear his heartbeat again. ❤️

Myles’ heart had been donated to a little boy named Saleh Ahmad, who was fighting for his life before the transplant. This past weekend at her wedding in Georgia, Kaci invited Saleh and his family as a surprise and for the first time ever, the two families met in person.

Before walking down the aisle together hand-in-hand, Kaci placed a stethoscope on Saleh’s chest and listened to her son’s heartbeat beating once more. 🥺

Saleh’s mother says the transplant completely changed their lives. Before it, he spent most of his childhood in hospitals. Now he gets to go to school, play, and simply be a kid again.

“Now, I consider us all a family,” Kaci said. ❤️
