This one is big. Behind the scenes we’ve been working on a project that makes me feel all fluttery every time I think of it. is a video series created to inspire adventure and enjoyment of the outdoors. And of course there’s food. We team up with some of the most talented and knowledgeable foragers, hunters, farmers, fishermen, etc. to guide us to the best ingredients. Then I take what we’ve found and prepare a meal over the fire. Our feast is cooked with little more than a hot pan, a camping knife and an open fire. This is Kitchen Unnecessary. 📸: //
