The book shows how tiny changes each day add up over time.
👉 E.g. Instead of trying to read for an hour, I started with just 5 - 10 minutes before bed. Now I’m reading almost daily without even thinking about it.

🧠 It’s all about systems, not goals
Focus on building routines that support your lifestyle, instead of just chasing big goals.
👉 E.g. Rather than saying "I want to lose 5kg," I set a habit of preparing healthy meals every Sunday. That routine supports the bigger goal without the pressure.

🧩 The 4 Laws of Behavior Change make habits easier to build:
- Make it obvious – Lay out your workout clothes the night before
- Make it attractive – Listen to your favorite podcast only when walking
- Make it easy – Start with 2 pushups, not 50
- Make it satisfying – Cross off a box on your habit tracker after completing it
