This little garden has been incredibly generous this year and it is still so early in the season! I harvested fresh zucchini, jalapeños, sugar snap peas, dill, mint, and more. The mint and herbs have become so abundant that I've started dehydrating them to preserve them for tea and future recipes. There’s something deeply satisfying about turning a summer harvest into something that can be enjoyed long after the season has passed.

One of my favorite garden moments this week was watching the beautiful little orioles visit the garden. Between the birds singing, the herbs drying in the kitchen, and baskets of fresh vegetables coming inside, it felt like one of those simple weeks that fills your soul in the best possible way. ✨

Sometimes the greatest adventure isn't found in a new place. Sometimes it's found right in your own backyard.

What’s something growing in your garden right now that you're especially excited about? 🌱🍃🫖

**Vacation adventures, day two ✨🌿**
Yesterday took me from red rocks to hidden treasures and back to the place that always fills my cup.

I spent the day exploring Jerome, soaking in all of its quirky charm, and had lunch at Vaqueros Grill & Cantina before wandering through the cutest little shops. From there, I made my way to **Old Town Cottonwood**, where, naturally, a few more antique stores called my name... and yes, I found a few more treasures that somehow *needed* to come home with me. 🤎✨

And the perfect ending? Coming home, kicking off my shoes, and spending time in my absolute favorite place... **my garden** 🌱 There’s something about putting your hands in the soil after a day of adventure that feels like the sweetest kind of grounding.

This little staycation is turning into the perfect mix of exploration, beauty, and soul-filling moments. 💫

**Where should day three take me?** 🏜️💛

Sedona staycation, day one. I treated myself to a fresh mani pedi and stumbled into an antique shop, where a decorative box practically called my name. I’m letting intuition lead this week. What experience should I try next? Share your suggestion. By the way, I am absolutely loving your suggestions!

Hello and Happy Wednesday My friends! So for those of you who don't know, I work a full-time job in "Corporate America" as an analyst. It was just my busy season and I was regularly working 40-60 hour weeks on top of creating content for Youtube. It has been A LOT!

Well, I decided to take a vacation from my day job. It is so nice to just give myself time to breathe and recharge as well as clear my mind. I have no idea what I am going to do with all of this free time but I am most certainly going to figure it out!

First stop today is to get my nails done and get a nice relaxing pedicure ☺️ Getting a pedicure while listening to ASMR sounds like heaven to me!

What would you do if you had a week off work and lived just outside of Sedona Arizona? I would love to hear your suggestions! Leave them in the comment section below 👇 I will choose a few of the best ideas and share my journey/experience with you all! I can't wait to hear all of your suggestions!

There’s something sacred about starting the day with intention ☕✨

This morning’s cacao ceremony wasn’t just about the drink… it was about the pause. The breath. The choice to meet myself before the world does.

In a life that moves fast and asks for so much, daily rituals become anchors. They ground us, soften us, and remind us who we are beneath the noise.

So many people overlook ritual because it seems small… but that’s the magic. It’s the small, consistent moments that quietly reshape everything.

Your ritual doesn’t have to be elaborate. It just has to be yours.

A cup of cacao. A few deep breaths. A moment of presence.

That’s where the shift begins 🤍

Every journey and every manifestation begins when you take the first step. Mighty things begin as an idea, wish, or dream. Remember that manifestations aren’t always instantaneous. Often they show up gradually, one small step at a time.

This morning I was driving home after running something up to the school for my son and I saw a man running down the country road. I watched as he waved to driver of the truck in front of me. I wondered if they knew each other. Then the runner waved at me as I passed him. I watched the runner in my rear view mirror and I saw him wave to the car behind me. This man was waving to everyone who he passed. My initial reaction was what is wrong with this guy. But then I remembered that I prayed for and manifested this. I wanted to live surrounded by neighborly kindness. I am noticing that when I receive that kindness I put up my guard and wonder what is wrong with that person. Instead of putting up my guard I need to accept with a loving heart. I need to be present to enjoy the blessings I have already received and to be grateful rather than suspicious. I’m sharing this with you to help remind all of us of this important thing. Big Hugs! -Bobbie

You guys! Why am I so terrible at posting on social media? I am going to try to get better. Here is a picture I took Sunday at the Airport Mesa Vortex in Sedona Arizona. Because of the energy at this vortex, the trees grow twisting instead of straight up and down. This is one of the most healing places I have ever been. The ground vibrates with energy. My hope is that by seeing this picture you will also benefit from the healing energy of this sacred place. Sending you all love and big hugs! -Bobbie ✨
