Let's discuss counseling. Personally, I believe that empowerment is more effective than validation for truly enhancing someone's life. Validating feelings often serves as a crutch, making it easy to gain someone's approval, and many therapists tend to rely on this approach.
However, I think there's a better way: empowering individuals is at the core of helping them improve-
People already have the answers within themselves; our role is to guide them in discovering this inner wisdom.

My approach focuses on teaching "selfishness." While this might seem surprising in a therapeutic context, it's actually the key to resolving all relationship issues. Ultimately,the most important relationship is the one you have with your inner self.and when you make that a priority every other relationship in your life will improve-

In today's episode, I want to delve into our relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourselves. At its core, we all seek connection, often looking outside ourselves for that bond. It's about seeking satisfaction and believing that having someone in our lives will bring us happiness and fulfillment.

I'll share my personal experiences with romantic relationships, focusing on my past desire to find someone, settle down, and start a family. This longing was a significant part of my life, and I often felt frustrated and unhappy because I hadn't achieved it but wanted to-

In this episode, I explore the nature of relationships with others and with ourselves. The first question we need to address is: Do relationships serve us?
Much like our beliefs, we need to consider whether our relationships are providing something beneficial in our lives. At the most fundamental level, humans seek connections with others, which suggests that relationships do offer us benefits. If they didn't, it's unlikely we would pursue them.
This doesn't mean that all relationships are positive; some can be harmful or dysfunctional. However, overall, relationships give us opportunities for growth, love, and enriching our life experiences. Many people prefer to share their lives with someone else, experiencing mutual support and witnessing each other's journeys, rather than being alone.
So, the real question is: Where does this drive for connection come from?
