So much going on in the backyard right now. Moving plants and garden beds to plant the garden and put up a shed. I’m in zone 5B, Northern Colorado. Mother Nature is super confused! My hydrangea’s are coming back already and the garlic and strawberries are peeking through the leaves I used as insulation for winter. I’m not sure if I should remove the leaves yet or not. Typically, they say not to plant here until after Mother’s Day. Any advice?

I had an appointment at the endodontist today and this was my view out the window. Can you see all the smoke in the air? There isn’t even a fire near me. It’s blowing in from Wyoming and Nebraska.  I hope it goes as fast as it came. I’ll be staying indoors the rest of the day for sure.

Good afternoon! Hope your day is going great!! I need to brag a little: my daughter, Sarah, won a very prestigious award today, and by chance I got to attend. It was a very proud mom moment for sure! If you need a real-estate agent, let me know. If it's out of our area, that's okay! She will vet an agent for you and refer you to an agent who will do a fantastic job for you.
